Writer/Script Consultant/Director
I make my living as a writer and development/script consultant. I’ve worked for film, televison and video game clients including: DreamWorks SKG, ABC, TBS, Longtail Studios (a division of Ubisoft), Mike Myers (Austin Powers), David Loucka (Dream House, The Ring 3) and others.
I’m also getting back into production… right now I’m producing and ADing some short projects as well as directing for the first time since NYU Film.
My first love will always be writing, though. My philosophy is that audiences rarely - if ever - say “That had a great script but it was a bad movie.” Great scripts = great movies, and I’m all about helping people make their scripts great.
I’ll be writing here about films I see, what I’ve learned about writing through my own projects and working with clients, and my adventures with indie production.
